The biggest change to Cisco’s Partner Program in 40 years. The Cisco 360 Partner Program updates and improves Cisco's traditional partner programs.
Here’s what’s changing:
Cisco 360 will simplify the structure of previous programs by consolidating various incentive and rebate programs, into a single structure called Cisco Partner Incentive and simplifying four partner statuses to two.
Unlike older programs that focused on large transactions, the Cisco 360 Program emphasis is on the value partners bring to customers. This shift is designed to attract more Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs).
Cisco 360 includes an $80m investment in partner training and skill development. This investment supports initiatives like all-access Cisco U, subscriptions and quarterly training events focusing on AI, security, and networking.
The rollout of Cisco 360 will be gradual, with a 15-month transition period leading up to its full implementation in February 2026. This approach ensures that partners and distributors are well-informed and supported throughout the transition.
The Cisco 360 program will integrate with Splunk’s Partnerverse program, reflecting Cisco's broader strategy to create a unified partner ecosystem.
